British Columbia wines

Friends and I are going to the Okanongan region of BC in Sept. There are gobs of vinyards, but am having trouble finding info on quality in order to decide which to go to for tastings. We like ALL varietals, both red and white. Any suggestions or recommendations?

Stick with the whites, especially the stickies. The reds have always been mediocre (from my perspective).
