Hi again.
I haven't had big color changes happen in the bottle. Ususally what you bottle is what you get. The color of grape wine has to do with how long the grape skins have been left in the must. If this is from a concentrate I haven't a clue as I have never done a concentrate. I would ask the folks at the store you bought it from. The important thing is how did it taste and will you make another batch? All my best, Schneck

Well Schneck I will let you know in a few months. I plan on opening one bottle when the wine is three months old, and then again at six months, nine months, 12 months to see the changes. I will let you know how my first batch comes out. I would like to start something else but would really like to see how this is going to be first.
