If kept in a cool basement, how long will wine keep made from a grape concentrate? Thanks.

Depends on how well you make it. Using concentrate is not necessarily the primary determinate. A few of the finest commercial winemakers in the country starting and even continued using concentrate, and make their wines in places like Chicago and Cincinnati.
