I've had this wine now several times and each time it was in the presents of several US wine drinkers. Each time they ahve been very impressed with this bottle that is reasonably priced for a high end blended wine (around $40 retail).

The wine is very deep purple, opaque. Nose has a nice wood perfume, elegant red fruit aromas and a hint of coco. On the palate, this is still a young wine, tannic, structured and very balanced. Nice levels of concentration and a nice firm grip (needed decanting). Great long finish. Never had I have a bottle that did not impress.
