This was from the Canadian Olympic Series, 375ml bottle.

Not one of Inniskilling's better bottles. As characteristic of an icewine, it had a very nice nose with raisins and honey and I'm sure that there is more but it was very intense. Perhaps I did not chill it enough but this was as sweet if not more sweet and their previous efforts. Golden in colour with a very thick texture.

The thing that made me not like it as much was the finish. It hits the back of the throat and makes me feel almost thirsty (does anyone understand that description??? ) I think that the level of sweetness was not as controlled in this iteration as they had in others. Perhaps this is why I prefer Riesling icewines to Vidal icewines.

Not a cheap bottle but I would not recommend this when there are so many other better ones for the same price. I am usually a fan of inniskillin Icewines,.. this one surprised me.
