I've been nipping at the stocks of cru lately, since there's not enough room for all of 'em in the Eurocave. Last night we had a '98 Duboeuf Chiroubles; it was pleasant enough, but seems to have faded slightly, and lacked the vibrant fruit that was present last year. Maybe it's taking a nap. Tonight I opened a Duboeuf Morgon, and it was bursting with fresh fruit, an even more delightful mouthful than it was a few months ago. (BTW, both of these are flower labels.)

There are certainly worse pasttimes that could be engaged in, on a rainy March weekend.
