mmm...let me say that I love this wine.

A Cab Franc that tastes like a burgundy, is lithe and ethereal, elegant and persistence, light and memorable, and this experience is deliciously and heart wrenchingly fleeting, like a summer romance that lingers in your memory, as the wines fades from the bottle.

Okay so that was my weak ("i.e. not manly") moment. I've got to get me some more of this.

Mike

I got it in MA (Lower Falls wine) a few years ago and it was selling for $40 a bottle. Not cheap but really nice. I understand that the '03's are a bit nicer still and the 04's which I've not tasted either are what is on the market.

Engineer,

I had the 04 in July (I believe it was the 04...). A marvelous wine.

Thank you much foodie! I was a bit apprehensive putting in an order for a case of this but feel much better after your comments!

Engineer,

I was at a gathering so I didn't take notes. I believe it was the 04, but I couldn't swear to it.

Oh no worries Foodie. much appreciate your insight! I wish they'd pour me wines like this at gatherings regardless of vintage.
