Just thought I'd mention that the same woman from the winery who chastized me for leaving a voice mail at the winery, and who couldn't get a case of wine shipped out correctly to save her life, had the audacity(sp) to call me on my cell today! She just wanted to let me know that they were having a SPECTACULAR SALE and was I interested? As much as I wanted to give her a piece of my mind, I just showed her some ladylike Christmas spirit and told her no thank you.

People with Bad, No, or Sicko Taste have no idea about how, what, or where the difference between good and bad relations with customers are. Becaause of your post I can assure you that I'm NOT buying Ravenswood Zins. There are too many good wines on the market todat to buy from people who don't appreciate your business. Hopefully our little protest makes these contemptous idiots realize eaach of us who spend 10-20-30--to 100 per clatter make a difference. WW

Agree! I went to a steakhouse with the family a few weeks back, and the only Zin on the by the glass list was Ravenswood! No thank you!
