is-wine got a visit yesterday from a UPS representative, who arrived with our local driver almost on a chain next to her.

She wanted to know how much wine we ship and then, not liking our relative quiet, she gave us a UPS document that specifically prohibits any wine shipped on their trucks from NY State to other states, on threat of prosecution.

All I could think of was the word: COMRADE!

We politely told her to get out.

Au contraire with Fed Ex, we had to start using a third party shipper to get overnight packages out after an incident exactly like the one Foodie described.
