I know it's not much, but after 11 days on the South Beach diet, I've lost 5 lbs. I haven't been that weight since before I got pregnant with my soon-to-be 3yr old.

ww- sad to say, but I have had some wine, but nothing else I'm not supposed to. This has been the absolute worst house buying experience ever. We'll be completely moved in Sunday night, and I plan on another added week of phase 1 (no wine). I found a SBD forum, and discovered some other people of short stature having the same difficulty losing as me. (I'm 5'0") It makes it easier talking with people going through similar situations.
