Looking at my latest catalog rec'd today- it didn't say. Just said Portland. Their store locations seem to be more middle & east cost. Their web-site has a e-mail address.

Been using them for years -- I've never been disappointed. We tried their prime rib rub this Xmas and it was terrific.

Pretty sure that would be Portland, OR - sorry IK. We've contributed many a dollar to their revenue stream. Plus, we've turned on about 20 to 30 people around here as well.

We got a Penzey's in Birmingham a few months back. It's one of only three in the southeast.

I talked with the manager and she said the reason Birmingham got it was that Penzey's had so many customers already buying in our area. So keep turning your friends on to the products and maybe you'll get one too.

One of my favorite mail order soon to be local stores. Best spices available and the P/Q is killer. Posted on this marvy supplier lots of times in the past. WW

Interestingly, it looks like they're putting stores very near to where some of us on the WineBoard live. More specifically, where we've been giving them big bucks and passing on the rec to our friends and neighbors. I've mentioned the quality of their product to a couple of chef types in the area and they're getting a bunch of stuff from Penzey's, too.

I like the little things that Pensey's can do for you, like sprucing up a couple of slices of non-descript pizza from the local variety (as we call them around here) with a few shakes of their Italian Seasoning.

Just placed an order of assorted pepper, salts, and a few oddities. Will probably never see a store in this area due to the big and bad McCormicks just up the road.
