Check this out:

I haven't been there in years. I probably would not recognize it anymore.

I was told by friends that the staff was just not ready to handle the people. Staff with little wine knowledge and average customer service skills on top of a castle that was not entirely complete.

The were all underwhelmed by it and worse yet, were put off by the concept.

WW,
Highlight the website address. While it is highlighted, use Edit, Copy and then use the mouse to put your cursor on the address line and click Edit, Paste. That should put the website address in your address line. Then hit Enter key and you should bring up the website.

I just visited there today after a long weekend in Napa....I was entirely underwhelmed. The castle looks incomplete and there is no water in the moat. The castle has no real design criteria.....kinda like SF's Chinatown. Anglo-American architects did their best to inteprete chinese construction and their efforts resulted in a Disney look to chinatown. This castle does not appear to make much sense and there is an admission area.....just like Disney....

I paid to go and taste for $10. The wines are better at V. Sattui in all fairness and the service was poor. I in fact only had 3 of my five tasting...I waited so long I left. Definitely the worst experience I had all weekend here.

I had a friend get married at Cornerstone this weekend. Nice place and they pretty much took the whole place. First visit to Shafer, Twomey, Groth, Miner and a few others I can't remember

Revisit of Peju, Heitz and a few others. Nice weekend.
