I know someone is but I can't remember who. So frustrating!

I've sold my house (god willing) and I'm moving out there.

Would love to chat.

Thanks!

And I also know that you are someones daughter ~ (that is so cool by the way!)

I'm hoping to be there within the next 6 weeks and I'm looking for decent housing. I have my brother and nephew keeping an eye out for me, but I'd love an extra set if you wouldn't mind.

They are telling me to concentrate on zip codes 816, 818 & 819. What do you think?

Any help or advice you can give me is greatly appreciated!

Those zip codes are all down town area. I live in Roseville, which is a suburb about 20 min outside of Sacto. What kind of housing do you like? Do you want to be in the city?

One of the best sites to look for housing is sacbee.com. Go to homes, pick the county, and areas from there. - That's where we found our house!

Wow... you'll be living my dream!

My yahoo e-mail is pipermarie35@yahoo.com. I'm sure it has IM, but I've never used it. Dh is a little protective.

oh - sorry - looking to rent. Bro is looking in paper for me.

Truthfully with all the balls that I have in the air right now with selling my house, moving across the country and starting my own business I don't even want to worry about mowing my lawn for the first year.

If you want to set it up you will need to download instant message from them. Only takes a few minutes to set up. Nice thing is you can block on their site so you allow only those who you want to come through to come through.

If not, email is fine. Handygalhere@yahoo.com
