What is it about this time of year and S%!t Head kids who drive around rural neighborhoods for the fun and frolic of destroying road side mail boxes? Just spent the last two days, off and on, putting up my second in two years.

Home Depot carries a fantastic mailbox for just such problems. The picture on the box actually shows a broken baseball bat next to the undented mailbox. Runs about $80 but worth every penny. I've owned one for a couple of years and other than the paint fading, she's as good as new. Neighbors have not faired as well.
