I'm an agriculture student, seeking information about quality advantages and disadvantages of wines made of organic vines, when comparing wines made of "regular" vines.

Welcome to the board baba1. In my opinion the advantage of using grapes from organically managed vineyards is all the protein that comes in with the grapes. Sorry, had to do that.

I doubt that you will find many links on the subject due to the pseudoscience of organic vs. non-organically grown fruits/vegetables/whatever.
