Which wine for this fish dish?

What do people recomend to go with a flounder florentine (spinach and a cheesey/cheddary sauce)?

My favorite wine with almost any seafood dish is usually an Austrian Grunner Veltliner (if you can find one,) but Sauvignon Blanc is always a good choice with flounder, and you can find them easily for around $10 a bottle.
