Not only is Glenora sparkling wine shone in the photo, but the ham is soaked in Glenora Brut for three days! Description makes me want to order the ham but it is only available around the major holidays. I would love to have it to serve at a church fundraiser next fall but it wouldn't be available in September or October. Maybe I can order the Brut from Gene and do my own soaking at home!
