It's not that I wasn't taking Bucko's comments seriously, I was offered a tasting so I went for it. A 2003 white CDP! 45% Grenache Blanc, 30% Clairette, 20% Bourboulenc, & 5% Barrel fermented Roussanne (right on the bottle) ..entirely unusual, great stuff...full of complexity, rich and flavourful. Makes you want to go back again and again. A bit hot on the finish but not too bad. Medium finish and not the best balanced but not poor. Definitely worth the try for $27.99.
