Tried it at KC's - and WOW!!! It's good! I think that it was the viking, but I'm not sure. Do you remember KC?

WW- dad says that you order this also- which ones have you had? What type of wine pairing have you done with it?

You had the Cougar Gold - 2000 or 2001 I believe.

CG have been a dedicated Cougar gold fan for 11 years. Order from the creamery in Autumn and Spring. My own personal favs are the Gold and the Pepper. We go through 20-25 cans a year. Am on the 2000 stash rite now. Killer stuff for 6+ per lb. I get the Cougar Gold and the Viking (not many fans of pepper in the house - except me). Got one can of the Gold in 99 and it was such a hit, we're up to six to eight cans a year. That's nowhere near you, WW, but neither is our cellar.

WW,

Where do you store your cheese? WSU recommends storing between 40 and 50 F. That might leave out the wine cellar as a storage location, so you'd have to have an extra refrigerator (or two) for all the cheese you have.

My cellar keeps the cheese just fine. Ages to perfection. WW
