I have a bottle that was given to me about 5yrs ago is there anyone out there can tell me anything about it the bottle reads as follows:
malteserkreuz aquavit seit 1924 nach
DE DANSKE SPRITFABRIKKER
BERLIN GMBH

It's a bottle of Aquavit made by the Danske Spiritfabrikker Berlin company. Malteserkreusz is the brand name and it translates as Maltese Cross. They've been making it for over 75 years, even during WWII. The aquavit inside is 86 proof, and if you're looking for some sort of value, don't bother. They produce hundreds of thousands of bottles a year, and have been for years.
