Rheinhessen (Munich). Honeysuckle & citrus nose. Light yellow color. Sweet & citrusy, not syrupy like other dessert-ish wines. Somewhat acidic with a slight peach taste. Tangerine & grapefruit. Not a long finish. 88 if we deigned to be Robert Parkers. This was a V-day dessert drink.
an;t remember what was paid, but couldn;t have been more than say, $15 or so for the 500mls/
We've had better, bu still went down like a sub.

TT, sometimes you gotta just take one for the team. Only way to know if it's worth putting in the for long haul. We will pick up another bottle and treat it with its due respect.
Besides, don't you know down here in the New South (tm), all conventional laws are flaunted?

I personally find it hard to age auslese wines. They are so enjoyable in their youth that I don't like to store them for 10-20.
