Fall 2010 - Food and Wine Pairings

Friends, with a new roll out scheduled for the week of the 15th, we're going to focus on the Fall Holidays including Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Rosh Hashana, Yom Kippur, Christmas and New Years! If you guys want to load up this thread with pairings for each event I am sure it will get tons of love!

I've done church fundraisers before with wines suggested for Thanksgiving pairings (Beaujolais, Pinot Noir, Gewurztraminer). This year I am doing one Nov. 13 with the more general heading of holiday wines that will probably include a sparkling wine, some dessert wines, etc. Will post particulars later on.

hehe... I'd skip on the "Yom Kippur wine pairings." Seriously.
