My first Prosecco experience. Had it by itself before dinner and enjoyed it very much--very refreshing. I can already see myself on the patio next June, about 4 in the afternoon, with a couple bottles of Prosecco in the cooler . . .

P.S. Label information was sparse to nonexistent on this wine. Is Rustico a producer or a proprietary name or what.

"Rustico" is the drier of two bottlings by Nino Franco. Good stuff, well priced, often hard to get because their importer runs through distributors like I change underwear.....

I assume you mean that as about as quickly as Italy runs through governments........ often!

Prosecco is a new word in my vocabulary, also, but I am becoming quite fond of it.

Prosecco is what I had to start the Christmas dinner--Zonin Brut. Nice beginning.
