Lost Wine

Please forgive me for am I am not very savvy when it comes to wine, however I have a dilemma that you may or may not be able to help me with... I am in search of a wine that I used to drink when I lived in New York. I was foolish of course and never wrote the name down and now it's been years and unfortunately my memory has failed me & I can't quite remember the name either. I can really only describe it.. It was a sweet white wine a bit like a Sauterne, but with a slight sparkle, nothing abrasive just slight, I swear on the label somewhere it said Monticello possibly???? Anyway, just hoping someone could give some suggestions or maybe would recognize my horrible description. My reason for my quest is mainly because I am getting married and would love love to have this wine at my wedding or even one similar to it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I googled your wine and found a wine made in Missouri named Monticello Bianco.
A sweet, fruity white wine excellent with desserts or as an aperitif.

Sounds to me like a Moscato d'Asti. Available not everywhere, but available.
