I have a bottle of Chateau Lafite Rothchild 1983 Pauillac and would liek to know if it is worth keeping as an investment or will the bottle not be worth drinking in the future.

Hi Andy and welcome to the board. The reason you probably don't have more answers is this board is organized by types of wine and Lafite is a Bordeaux, not a Port.The 83 is drinking beautifully now, and in less than pristine storage conditions you might lose it. 83 was not a great vintage so the collectibility factor has not affected the price much.Trying to sell single bottles is hard. Current retail is around 199 per bottle. WW
