Maybe Bucko or someone can provide help. I will be lunching at a restaurant in Raleigh that has the following fortified wines on the wine list :

Dows, LBV, 1998, Ruby $6.00
Churchill's, Vintage Character, Ruby $6.00
Gould Campbell, 10 year old Tawny $7.00
Ramos Pinto, Quinta de Bon Retiro, 10 year
old Tawny $14
Graham's Vintage 1980 $18

Is the Graham's worth $18?
If I don't want to spend that much, what is the next best bet?
