2000 Collier Falls Private Reserve

Another outstanding Zin from Dry Creek. They have been grape growers and I think this is the 1st bottling under their label. 14.5% alcohol. Perfume leaps from the glass and a sophisticated, silky entry almost shouts cab but the black fruits and spicy nuances brings the wine back in focus. Has lots of round soft tannins in the background that should carry this at least another 3-5. I'd score this baaby higher if it wasn't so pricy. 1500 cases. 90/97 25 per in boxes. WW
