As a sipper after church last night.... nice nose, promising, but on the palate the fruit was fading.... or maybe that's "faded", as in "gone, outahere! One glass was enough. (Why did I buy a case of this stuff 2-3 years ago?)

Hopefully the price wasn't too high and you got a case discount. How much do you have left? Maybe just a bad bottle?

Don't recall the price, and it was logged into the database that died. Suspect it was on the order of $11 by the case, and there are six more taking up space in the cellar.

Could be a bad bottle, but think it was more a case of this one not being structured to age at all. Had bought it without tasting, based on the '98 which I liked. Will now give it away as a "vintage cooking wine".
