A complex zin that, admitably, should have slept and/or been decanted a little longer but caught up in fun with friends on vacation, we popped this last night. Purple garnet. Spicy brite fruit on the nose. Brambly, lush, zinberry flavors intertwined with some brite fruit notes, toasty oak and vanilla hints. Ample tannins and a nice finish. Really came alive after 1 1/2 hours. 14.5%Alc/vol. $18.

The official definition is "Our Finest Selection". I heard a different version from Cecil about 7 or so years ago at the Boston Wine Expo.

That's the official. ( In Italian I thinks it be Ca-Ca. ) WW
