On a recent trip we had this wine but i cannot find where to purchase it in our area . Tulsa ok. . I would like to purchase this wine by the case , please help.

Welcome to the board. Wine-searcher.com indicates River Crest (two words, not one) is a Gallo label. Suggest you talk to your favorite retailer and ask him to order it for you. They're normally happy to do that for case purchases.

It's interesting that Wine-searcher didn't actually show a Merlot with that label - Cabernet, Chenin Blanc, a few others, but not specifically a Merlot. Maybe your retailer can help you sort that out.

There actually is a Rivercrest Winery which is a label of McManis Family Vineyards in Ripon, CA (near Lodi). The River Crest is a Gallo label, and is a completely separate brand. I'm curious as to which came first and how they've allowed the other to use a remarkedly similar name. Odds are Gallo would win that war.
