What do people think would pair nicely with chicken breasts stuffed with a mushroom/broccoli rabe stuffing?

I'd go for a earthy/mushroomy Pinot Noir but a Beaujolais, rose' wine or light Cotes du Rhone would work. For white wines, a Sauvignon Blanc would pair with the broccoli and not clash with the chicken.

Seconded. A Spanish white would also work.... the Nora de Neve Albarino is very nice.
