2000 Paradigm merlot

Nice estate bottled Napa merlot. 14.6% alc. Deep dark garnet, with nose of candied red fruit, reminecsent of the red candy used on candied apples. wonderful flavor with real silky smooth mouth feel. Went very well with beef kabobs slow grilled and lightly seasoned.
I lack the adjectives of more experienced tasters but...red fruit dominates with undertones of blueberry. Long tasty finish with the fruit still in domination, probably a 3+ lapper.
Very happy to have tried this juice at 44. for the single bottle. WP
