I found the 1998 Tim Adams "Fergus" Grenache marked down to $10 at Tower Liquors in Atlanta. Oh, what a lovely bargain. A lusty, high alcohol wine full of flavor.

I only wish that I had bought every bottle.

I live in Atlanta and often shop the Tower on Piedmont.

"The Fergus" at $10 is tremendous!

They had a Castle Syrah marked down to $9.99 that is very fine also. Must be clearing the decks for new wines.

Had another bottle of this tonight -- my last. I hope the more recent vintages live up to the '98. Strawberry-grape with great, spicy, cinnamon flavors. Just yum.
