Decent drink, A combo of four grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syarh and Nero d’Avola. THis thing came out prety dark so the Nero d'Avola must have dominated. Dark and a bit off dry, very forward but interesting wine at $15 a bottle. NIce to see interesting wines at this price bracket

Just to clarify this is the _A_J_E_LL_O 2004 Furat from Sicily we're posting on eh?
I had this for lunch and frankly I'm between the decent drink of Eng and the Drano of BRW. Pretty color. Nice nose but subdued. On the tongue nice pleasant fruit but from there I could just as well have been drinking water. No center weight and the 1st wine I've had since my days with Sutters' white zin that hit the 1 lapper finish. Cancelled the other 4 bottles. WW

Very sorry the wine turned out so bad, WW. It's most strange that you and BRW had what seems to be a totally different experience than the Eng and I had with the very same wine. I wonder what the chances are that the wines you guys got might have been damaged in shipment.
