i'm totally unfamiliar with barbaresco.
I have one bottle of 1995 La Spinona Barbaresco. is it ready?

How about a 2001 Il Bosco Syrah?

Also I've got a bottle of 2003 Gaja promiss. any thoughts on how long to cellar this?

i don't know very much about Italian wines...

Thanks!

The BBsco is ready. Give the Syrah another year or two. I think the Gaja needs ten.
