Goodbye ww.

The test of a FAD is this: when people walk into my shop who say they like Pinot Noir but are surprised to learn that it is a grape variety and not just a wine; this is happening all too often. Somewhere, somehow, they are being led to drink it, and that is the start of something small.

The other indication that a FAD is growing are the many terrible P Noirs that sales people are bringing to me to taste--at prices Coca Cola exceeds.

As I read Foodie's post, it appears he's just emphasizing the word fad, not using an acronym. However, I definitely could be wrong.

That's true. I use caps to show my clear distaste for the word and the concept.

RAD (which is an acronym) did you see my post about the package that ww sent us? I have it at the store and we are supposed to share it--including SCOOP. Gotta do it soon for I am off to Italy 9 Apr, and then Bergerac 16 Apr. If we miss it before then, we can try after 24 Apr.

Foodie,

No, I did not see the post to which you refer. As you know, I've been a bit scarce around these parts of late--too much work! Of course, with all the layoffs on Wall St., I'm happy just to have a job.

So what's this about a package? Here's hoping it's drinkable--

Oh my goodness--I feel like I owe a ton of apologies. Just call me Mr. Lack-Of-Punctuality. Thanks WW, and Foodie, I'm long overdue!
