Per the shelf-talker, this white bordeaux blend is made up of 80% Semillon, 20% Sauvignon Blanc.

Color = pale straw w/green highlights
Nose = honey, green fruits
Taste = Very dry, pleasant taste. The aforementioned green fruits, some grapefruit.

Went very well with my grilled salmon. Nicely priced ~ $10 retail.
