We're looking for a very oakie chardonnay. So far Toasted Head is one of our favorites. Any other suggestions?

Hi, TL. Welcome to the board! With a few exceptions I usually prefer the less oaky Chards, but I think you might enjoy Rombauer Chardonnay. A lot of shops have it for under $20 and the notes refer to tropical fruit, vanilla, butter and the other flavor indications of oak.

If you're liking Toasted Head, you'll also probably like J Lohr Riverstone Chard.
