How do you get a member's Profile?

Jerry, I've only had two espressos and haven't really reved up the grey matter yet but I con't seem to see how to get someone's profile.

Just above each message is a timestamp. To the right are 3 tiny icons. Click on the first (with the ?) to see the profile of the person who posted that message.
