Sovona Cabernet

I am searching for a wine I tasted at a wonderful restaurant in Newberg, NY, Cousinos. The winery was named Sovona with an address in St. Helena.

The wine was well balanced with sweet oak and enough fruit to balance. Has anyone heard of the wine and where one can order it from the net since my home state doesn't carry it.

hrabe, Welcome to the board. I think I`m familiar with most of the wineries in Upper Napa and I too have never heard of this winery. One of 2 things, either this is a private-labeled bottling by the restaurant, or you have the wrong name. If you`re intent on finding this wine I suggest you call the restaurant and ask them about the wine. Should clear up the problem. I`ll assure you there are many GREAT wineries in St Helena that you can substitute.winoweenie
