'94 Truchard

After teh discussion about the '96, I opened this the other night with pot roast.

Still a good bottle of wine. Slightly muted nose but not bad, showing dark fruits. Deep garnet color. Good weight and depth with flavors of dark fruits, currant, slight bell pepper and a hint of pencil lead. Tanins are nearly gone and it has excellent balance with a medium length finish. Drink up if you have any. 90 pts. About $24.
