Rosemount Cab Coonawarra Show Res. 98

Tried this new one last night (again!), the first bottle I tried was corked. Very smooth with a black cherry and Bordeaux-like finesse, with refined tannins on the medium finish. This wine needs 3-5 years minimum before trying again. A good bargain at $23 a bottle. WS gave this a 90.

My better half still prefers the Greg Norman Cab/Merlot Coonawarra '98 as her fav Aussie red for now.

The 96' is starting to drink nice now, but in my opinion could use a little more cellaring time as well.
