Purchase bulk wine juice

I would like to purchase wine juices to ferment and produce my own wine. How do I go about getting connected to those who have a surpluse of grapes/grape juices/ and or finished wines for sale? I would like to purchase from California, Oregon, Washington and New York. I'd appreciate any help you could provide.. :-)
