2001 Riex

I was given a bottle of wine and I have never heard of it before.

It is a 2001 RIEX, Marc-Henri Duboux Vigneron Encaveur Riex 70 d 11,5% vol

Does anyone know anything about this wine, the value, history, etc?

Well, about all I can tell you is that Riex is a small town in Switzerland near Lausanne, and there are a few small wineries in the area. Never heard of the producer, and you don't list the wine or grape type, so can't tell you any more about it.
