Festival

I would like to know how to put together a festival here in my town...Anybody have ideas on organizational aspects, sponsorships, Northern CA. clubs, etc.

My town has a nice marina and waterfront. Maybe we could hold it there.

I need help in getting started, am I in the right place at the right time?????

Oh, where do I live? Here is a hint.

There is talk the Renaissance Pleasure Faire may be relocating here.
