Napa Visit Recommendations

Hi everyone,

I will be visiting Napa for the first time in October - not the purpose of my trip to the west coast, but will have ONE DAY to explore Napa (I know, not nearly enough time).

Anyways, with that said, my inclination is tasting full-bodied cabs - I will make my will be in SF the night before my one day in Napa and on the day I'm heading up to Napa I will be picking up my rental at 7am. I am looking to start at 10am and go through wineries until 5. I will have a designated driver (wife isn't much of a wine drinker)

Any and all recommendations on great vineyards for cabs would be appreciated!
