1996 Chateau Gruard Larose

Poured by a friends and what a lovely wine. I wish I had a few of these. Finally coming into its own.

Nose is floral and fruit, mostly blueberry and plums, slightly muted. On the palate, much the same, plus some other red fruits. Nicely balanced, smooth and very structured.
