2010 Naudet Moreau Chablis

We were having dinner one night at Legal seafood so I ordered a cheapie Chablis as I am liable to do when I'm footing the bill. This one was a bit strange to me but only a bit, the nose had a distinct maltiness to it that almost smelled like beer, but it blew off, leaving behind a rather austere little chablis with god acidity but little complexity. This is a drinkable, lunchtime wine and should be chilled and enjoyed as is.
