Had this beauty yesterday at lunch with BRW and loved it. Deep ruby. Nose had brite red fruits, leather, smoke, and a perfect amount of barnyard. The entry was solid, weioghty center and a 4+ lapper finish. All components came thru on the palate with the accent of the red fruits hitting the strawberry note and white pepper added to the spice catagory. Lovely stuff and with enough silky tannins to carry it as long as you can keep der mitts onn'n it. 90/93 29 by the box. 14.5% alc. WW

Opened another for lunch yesterday and found this sucker as closed as Drewskis purse when the check arrives at the table. Will leave alone for the next 4-6. WW

Opening up and finally showing some stuff 'n such. Hard focusing on a beverage but do know it has some keen stuff going for it. Still needs 3-5 but offering some pleasure rite now. WW

I have a few of these from different vintages and also their Quet (which I've not tried yet). My fav is the strange 100% Mouvedre Tinton bottle. Lovely stuff!

Had another for lunch today with a close friend from Ga who was fluing thru. Still a gob of baby fat but is starting to deliver some really good stuff. You derned sure know this is a CDP with the barnyard hitting on all cylinders. No need to rush as this baby-boy is still in diapers. WW
