I have a question. Why does Australian Wine have a completely separate Extended Link in Google search results? What's so special about it? :-V

CLD, first of all welcome on board. It's been a few years since I've been to Calgary but I like the wine scene there. At least it is not filled with provincials stores like the other provinces. I use to go to The Cellar on 1st a lot.

As for an answer to your specific question, I haven't the foggiest...... i'm guessin' that these can be called historical preservation categories. It use to be this way so it is now. You might have a point. I've tried a few Australian Rieslings lately and they are fantastic wines. Not perhaps among the top MSR's but compelling wines none the less. I'm guessing that this category was not created with those wines in mind....but then, hey I'm still a newbie compared to some of the other fine ...err....older....gentilemen that post on these here parts.

Thanks SuperModerator !

winoweenie, its when Google gives a separate link to one of your subpages. It means the product / page highlighted is really something. Smile
